Your privacy in Unjam the Traffic.

Developer and contact

The developer is Abdulrhman Alatawi (Abu Salama Games), Saudi Arabia. For privacy questions or to request deletion of support correspondence, email aboslamah88@icloud.com.

Game progress

The game stores level progress, moves, results, hint credits, sound and language preferences, and review-prompt timing on your device. We do not operate game accounts or a progress-sync server, and do not upload these records to a developer-operated server.

Delete the app to remove its local data. Device backups may affect restoration, and restoring purchases does not restore level progress.

Developer website and support pages

The website adds no tracking tools, cookies or data-collection forms, and its demo puzzle runs only in your browser. It is hosted on GitHub Pages; GitHub may process access requests, including IP address, time and browser information, to deliver and secure the service under its privacy statement.

Rewarded advertising and privacy choices

The app uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded ads and Google's User Messaging Platform for applicable privacy choices. Advertising services may initialize when the game opens; ad requests are gated by consent status, and an ad is shown only after you choose to watch it. Ad requests are non-personalized with a general-audience content rating.

Google's SDK may process IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them, device or app identifiers, ads viewed and interactions, crash and performance information to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and operate and improve its services. Non-personalized advertising still involves data processing and may use identifiers.

The game does not request precise location, contacts, microphone or camera access, or permission to track activity across apps. You can revisit Ad privacy options inside the game when available. See Google's privacy policy and Google's mobile ads data disclosure.

Purchases

Apple handles payment for Unlimited hints, a one-time purchase with no subscription. We do not receive your payment-card number or security code. The app verifies entitlements locally through StoreKit, and we do not operate a server storing purchase transactions. Apple retains purchase records under its privacy policy.

Children

The game is suitable for all ages, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Support

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to reply and resolve the issue, and retain them as needed to handle your request. You may request deletion through the support email; information needed for a legal obligation may be retained.

Policy updates

We update this page and its date when the game or its services change.
